Privacy policy
This page explains what this website really does with your information. We wrote it by checking the code, not by copying a template.
What we collect, and when
Only what you type into the enquiry or contact form: your name, your email address, any phone or WhatsApp number you give us, and what you tell us about your trip. Along with that, we store the page you sent it from, the page that referred you, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string. Those last two are only there to help us spot automated abuse of the form.
Why we collect it
To answer you, and to plan the trip you asked about. That's the only reason. We don't add anyone who enquires to a mailing list, and we don't sell or rent data to anybody.
Cookies
This site sets just one cookie of its own, and only on pages that have a form. It's a session cookie that holds a security token, which stops anyone else submitting the form on your behalf. It contains no personal information, and it expires when you close your browser. Pages without a form don't set any cookie at all. See our cookie policy for more.
Who else sees it
Our email provider, so it can deliver the notification of your enquiry to us, and our web host, whose server the site runs on. If the anti-spam service Cloudflare Turnstile is switched on, submitting a form sends a verification token and your IP address to Cloudflare, and nothing else.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries while your trip is being planned, and for a reasonable time afterwards in case you travel with us again. Want yours deleted? Just ask, and we'll delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the email address in the footer of this site, and we'll act on it.
